Production Process
Our manufacturing process
A structured, step-by-step production flow ensures consistent output across every bulk order.
Raw Material Preparation
High-quality non-woven fabric, fluff pulp, SAP and PE back sheet sourced and prepared for the production line with material quality checks.
Core Forming & Layering
Core formed with precisely controlled SAP and fluff distribution, followed by careful layering to achieve the target absorbency profile.
Sealing & Bonding
Thermal or ultrasonic sealing bonds layers securely. Bonding strength verified to ensure pad durability during use.
Cutting & Shaping
Pads cut to exact dimensions (240mm or 280mm) ensuring dimensional uniformity across every batch. Shaping reviewed per run.
Wings & Adhesive Application
Adhesive strips applied for correct fit and stay. Wings added and folded for improved hold during use.
Final Packing & Sealing
Pads packed in controlled conditions into branded or generic poly packs. Pack seal quality verified before dispatch.
